Our Commitment to the NAIIA and Supporting the Industry

Hausch & Company congratulates Susan Daniels, the newest president of the NAIIA.

At Hausch & Company we truly believe in supporting the development of insurance adjusters as well as the insurance industry as a whole, which is why we are actively involved in The National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (NAIIA), and our owner, David Hausch, serves as the Secretary/Treasurer. The NAIIA consists of approximately 250 independently owned property and casualty claims adjusting companies throughout the United States, and was organized to create a sense of dignity and invite a feeling of high regard to the business and profession of independent adjusting.

Just this month, Susan Daniels was appointed to be president of the NAIIA and we are excited to take a moment to congratulate her on this milestone accomplishment. Not only is she the first woman to lead this organization as its president, she is the president of Northern Adjusters and one of the most respected insurance professionals today. We are proud to have her as a colleague and now as the leader of the organization we regard in the highest form.

Susan understands the changing needs of our industry and has the experience and skillset to bring solutions and guidance to the challenges that lie ahead. As adjusters we know how challenging the job can be and Susan recognizes how important it is to serve others through compassion, which is a top priority of Hausch & Company and is one of the many things that we feel sets us apart as a company.

The 250 independent adjusting firms that make up the NAIIA are in good hands with Susan and we’d like to congratulate her again on this next step in her career. To learn more about Susan and her appointment to president of the NAIIA, please read the latest Claims Magazine article here
